The Grenache Gris<\/strong> grape variety produces white and ros\u00e9 wines. Grenache Noir<\/strong> is ideal for making a fresh and fruity red wine. Three species of olive trees are planted here, the Lucques<\/strong>species for table olives and the Picholines<\/strong>and Olivi\u00e8res<\/strong>for olive oil. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\nFrom the top of the hill of Ens\u00e9rune,<\/a> admire the landscapes overlooking it. A 180\u00b0 view of the surrounding villages, in particular that of Montady<\/strong> where the Domaine is located with its immense tower. The walk in the vineyards<\/strong> takes place every Wednesday and Saturday morning from 9 April to 31 August, departing at 9.30 am and lasting 1.5 hours.
