So, have you found the answer? It is neither an animal nor a robot, but a rather special vine! At the estate, we grow two of these little wonders, both from resistant varieties. One of them, the 3159-2-12 B, is a direct descendant of the Chasan. It is even called the “Mediterranean Chardonnay”, and believe us, it has nothing to envy the great classics! Its wines are ample, balanced and elegant, perfect for the southern terroirs. In addition, it combines aromatic finesse and anti-disease superpowers.
