• THE WINE & COCKTAIL BAR: the wines of the estate, a palette of colors, aromas and textures to discover and rediscover, from cocktails to tasty wine…

This year, the Exhibition we are presenting to you marks a turning point already begun last year with the Griggio-Laussedat exhibition. That of the scenography and the perspective of an artistic work!

The artistic work, both very meticulous and totally personal, is that of Jean-Marc LAMBLOT, a Biterrois visual artist who will surprise you as much by his works as by his personality! You will not be able to remain indifferent at first and then you will want to know more about the inspiration and the technique.

The perspective and scenography, equally artistic, is the work of Luc REMAUD, a creative eye and keen photographer – portraitist. Through his photographic creations, he shows as well the work of Jean-Marc, that he stages it, in unusual places and postures. He communicates to us his vision of the man as much as of the work.

Our meeting with this endearing duo (you will see for yourself!) generated this ASPHALTE 2025 exhibition that we are very proud to host.

You will have the chance and the pleasure to go through it with our duo of artists during a private preview visit during this sensory evening!

For the third year, we welcome a Jazz and Swing training that our loyal spectators know well!

This year the Blue Drag is in Trio formation. Around Valérie, guitarist, singer and pivot of this group, David-Alexandre, trumpet player and Victor, bassist, will offer you inspired and personal interpretations of the swing repertoire.

For us, it is a joy to welcome them and it will undoubtedly be the same for you if I believe the many positive comments we had on their previous concerts.

This year 2025, it is with Fabien, whom the Cazoulins know well in his catering restaurant “M’Aqui“, that we will have different culinary experiences every evening.

Enjoy this Culinary Experience and remember to reserve the boards as soon as you book for the Sensory Evening, it will help Rudi in his purchases like any true artisan cook who works fresh and homemade.

We changed the team a bit (Räyann was poached by the spirits world 😄) but not the concept!
All our wines are to be discovered by the glass or bottle throughout the evening.

Don’t forget, the first glass is included in the price of admission!

This year, find Séréna and Etienne at the counter, helped by Anaïs our Loyal Lady of the evening.

On the program this year, new vintages (shhh it’s a secret!), new vintages that we will let you taste in preview but also the “classics” that you love, rosé, white, effervescent…

Not forgetting our recipes for cocktails based on rosé, white and orange wine, super fresh!

For the “no alcohol” especially the younger ones or the “on break” of degree beverages, we offer our local sodas and novelty this year, artisanal pomegranate juice Made in Languedoc.

For the Sensorial evenings to be a moment of sharing and a unique experience, the number of places is limited.
The reservation is mandatory and guarantees you the comfort of your deckchair.
The entrance fee is 17€ per person for adults and 12€ for 7-17 years (without screen printed glass).
