Winery visit
Discover the incredible history of Domaine de Soustres and how our wines are made with a guided winery visit. Visits last 30 minutes and take place inside the winery. Visit adapted to children with a proposed game.

Wine tasting
Come and try the different wines of the estate during a commented tasting workshop. Learn to describe your tasting impressions and identify what you like or don’t like in a wine. These educational tastings are the opportunity to discuss your tastes with other participants in simple and easily understandable terms.

Children’s tour
Share a moment with your children with the help of activities set up throughout the visit and tasting.
A discovery of flavours through the square of aromatic herbs placed at their disposal in front of the cellar (smell, touch) and illustrated panels along the visit to allow them to understand more easily the elaboration of the wine.
For the tasting, we have a unique experience in store for them!
A blind tasting of drinks flavored with natural fruit syrup, each corresponding to a main flavour of the wines you will taste.
For each of the activities, an “apprentice winemaker” booklet will be made available to them to test their knowledge throughout the visit.
Vineyard Walk
Discover Domaine de Soustres and the landscapes and grape varieties of our wine region with a vineyard walk on Ensérune hill. This 2.3 kilometre walk takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and is suitable for children.
Please remember to bring sun cream and a bottle of water, and to wear closed shoes.

Vélorail
The velorail is our privileged partner!
Located at 2 minute’s drive from the domain, it offers you an adventure-discovery in the heart of the dry lake of Montady and the vineyards, between the medieval tower of Montady and the archaeological site of the Oppidum of Ensérune.
The round trip of 7km (about 1h10) is done aboard bicycles (4 people per vehicle) riding on the rails of an old railroad dating from 1923. Pedal in the middle of nature, crossing undergrowth, vineyards, bridges and level crossings.
Thanks to your “Pass OenoTour” spend half a day with your family or friends doing the Velorail tour and the visit and tasting of our cellar afterwards!

The labels
Vignobles & Découvertes
The “Vignobles & Découverte” label is granted by Atout France after recommendation of the Conseil Supérieur de l’Œnotourisme. This label is awarded to tourist and wine-producing destinations offering multiple and complementary tourist products. For the Domaine de Soustres, this means the diversity of products (several types of wines, olives, olive oil and honey), the wine tourism circuits and the various events at the winery.
The label responds to a management and an attribution procedure which are framed by a regulation of use.
Quality Tourism Occitania
The quality label highlights our particularity, our know-how and our know-how in your customer experience. It consists in having a good involvement of the personnel with a demanding state of mind and having a place adapted to all to ensure you a good reception and follow-up during your visit (handicapped access, games for the children, excursions).
